'Hayaudit' LLC provides all three related services set by the standards on auditing, particularly:
- Review
A review engagement provides a moderate level of assurance that the financial information subject to review is free of material misstatement; this is expressed in the form of negative assurance.
As a result of review of financial statements, a review report is presented.
- Agreed upon procedures
Complied procedures are neither an audit nor a review; consequently, no assurance is expressed on actually received data as a result of our work.
As a result of works, we provide a report on implementation of complied procedures.
- Compilation (collecting data)
Complied works are neither audit nor review; accordingly no assurance is expressed on financial information.
As a result of works, a report on complied works is provided.
